The stone we used was natural cleft (which is evident in the foreground) so as not to be as slippery. The process creates natural variations in the surface.

Hello, I loved the stone used around the pool. Is it bush hammered finish, or else? I am wondering if it is not slippery?

I absolutely love the little waterfall in this pool. My husband and I are remodeling our backyard, so we are looking for great ideas for our pool. We will definitely have to install a small waterfall like this one since it looks so beautiful. http://poolagain.com

The pavilion is 18' wide by 21' long. It is important with any design to think about how you want to furnish the space and make sure the design provides for comfortable circulation around the furniture. It is impossible to plan a space, whether inside or out, without keeping the end usage in mind. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately, I can't say for sure but I do believe that is the color. I would recommend taking a look at a pool that has this finish in person. Pictures can sometimes misrepresent the color and it is a very important decision. Hope that helps!

I would pick something that blends as closely as possible to the terrace and wall stone. The pool itself is the focus and I don't think there is any need to create an accent with that tile. It would just get busy in my opinion. Hope that helps!

The stone is a 5" thick Tennessee / Alabama field stone veneer around a wood structure. It is used extensively on the house as well as outdoor structures and landscape walls for this home.
