Mascarpone has quite a bit of yellow in it, so the Simply White stands out against it. I usually use eggshell on the walls and semi gloss on the trim and baseboards and the different sheens make a difference as well.

The walls and ceiling are painted with Benjamin Moore Mascarpone. The trim is Benjamin Moore, Simply White. Hope that helps!
