The color in the foreground is actually a fabric. The color in the background looks different in person, but a similar color to the way it looks in this photo is "Silver Fox" by Benjamin Moore.

The cabinets do not have shaker doors. They are custom doors made by a local shop. They are inset in a beaded frame and have a flat panel door with a moulding profile where the panel and the frame meet.

I recommend you consult a design professional in your area to help you determine a cabinet style that best compliments your new hood.

I don't know about those exact lanterns, but I can almost always find what I am looking for at Circa Lighting. They usually have multiple options for each lantern (different finishes, different types of glass, etc.) Good Luck!
