I'd say an industrial sized stencil was used or someone drew it out first and then painted it. seeing as stencils this oversized are like impossible to find, I suggest googling "DIY wall projectors", that way you can just project whatever it is that you might want to put on your wall in any size that you want. that's what I would do anyway. it would be a bit time consuming but well worth it in the end, if you really want something like this on your walls. it's much easier and cheaper then hiring someone to do it for you too. good luck! :)
