You are absolutely right...there is a cat hanging from the curtains...good eye! Now just wondering how it long it stayed there before anyone noticed, and how it managed to get down without injury. Too wild and crazy...that cat! Unless it is actually some crazy person's idea of fun art...like the other stuffed head on the wall!???
