We do not know what the fabric on the chair is or who makes it. The client already owned the chair.

this dressing room is 15'-7" long and 11'-6" wide, the chandelier in the top right corner of the picture is centered in the room

the vanity is 73.5" wide overall, the seated area is 39" and the drawer banks on each side are 17.25" wide
