No. It's too much. Pick 2 of the colors and do those on opposite walls (such as navy on 2 opposite and lime on other 2). Forget the soft white. And yes any colors will go with that carpet. Use some black / white framed photos to give a nice contrast and give the eye a rest. Good luck! Looks like it will be a cheery design.
