Victor, that looks like reclaimed cedar fencing and pressure treated or cedar posts. Call a local fencing contractor, they often have reclaimed material, salvage from demo and re-fence. Not really cheap, but rustic and more affordable than new.

Hi is that an indoor shower head and have you had any issues using it in an outdoor shower? I have been trying to research this to see if this is a no no but can’t find any advice!

I like that this outdoor shower doesn't seem to expensive, and that you can see over the top of the protective area - so the important bits are covered, but you can still see out the forest over the privacy screen.
I am having this in my new home :)
