Spacesmiths added this to Houzz Tour: An Earthship Adventure in New Zealand
This Maori carving, called a pare, sits above one of the set of bifold doors outside. It is by Rotorua carver Natanahira Pona, who was selected to represent Aotearoa New Zealand (Aotearoa is the Maori name for the country) at the World Wood Day celebrations in Kathmandu, Nepal last year.
