Yes, they are quartz. They are sold as LG White Pearl or Riverstone Flaked Pearl. Flaked Pearl is how it is sold through Menard's. Menard's quartz are made by other companies and then fabricated to size by Riverstone. For example, Menards "Cotton" is HanStone's Swan Cotton.
The only disadvantage with Menard's is they do not install and the price is for the countertop only. They have a list of installers, but you need to work with the installer yourself. I do not have a Kitchen and Bath store in my area that sells LG White Pearl so I went with Menard's. I did find a terrific installer.
LG White Pearl is one of LG's Viatera line. Some of the other quartz in this line are similar in pattern and movement.
