This looks like the High Ridge Ranch built by the Burleson Design Group which I believe is out of Austin, TX. They have some beautiful homes! Visit them at burlesondesigngroup.com.

The architect is Burleson Design group out of Wimberley Texas and the builder is Coachman Homes
