This mudroom is filled with custom millwork made from reclaimed oak. The overall room dimensions are approximately 8'0" x 12'0" and each component was scaled appropriately to fit the space and function for the family.

These baskets were from an antique market. Antique or flea markets are good if you are looking for old ones, if you'd prefer new, Restoration Hardware has carried a variety over the seasons. Good luck!

Thanks! We used metal screening material for the locker fronts. Allowed for good air flow and worked well with the other materials in the house.

The boots are sitting in / on metal boot trays. I believe we found them at Target or Restoration Hardware.

Yes, there is boot storage within the bottom of the locker. The sizing was determined by the dryer units, as well as maximizing space along the wall. We would suggest following the recommendations of ventilation based on the dryer units purchased. Good luck with your project!

Reclaimed barnwood was used throughout this space (lockers, walls and ceiling) with hewn log beams. The space is approximately 7'0" x 11'0".

We did not leave the barnwood raw, a wire brush was used to knock off the major splinters and loose pieces. This particular space is not waxed but you can seal it with a dead flat to seal without changing color of the material. Good luck!

The best thing to do is find a dealer and provide them with the origin, age, size and several images of the rug. They will be able to guide you to the best way to sell the piece and price it accordingly. Many antique stores tend to have tenants who have knowledge in the rugs and might help you with consignment.

Yes, this was part of the custom millwork package. The material used is hewn slab, the species is oak.

We did not stain this particular material, this is the natural weathered patina of oak barnwood.

The room beyond is actually the laundry room, and yes, it was part of the custom cabinetry package throughout the home. Material is reclaimed oak.
