the floor is original to the boathouse which was built around 1910. Floors are 3" : wood is hemlock. Thanks

the space is approx 600 sq ft. ( which includes a full bath, not shown) The ceiling height at its highest is 9', slopes down to 42" at outside walls.

The walls are finished with a clear coat sealer..
