Its actually the opposite, Biscotti has more yellow in it. The canvas color is closer to a linen color with less yellow and more white.

The tiles are limestone 4x4. All the same material throughout, but a diagonal pattern with border liner above the cooktop. There are different shades with this type of tile due to it being a natural stone.
