Everything that is pleasing to the eye. Would have considered myself as very classical in taste. However, my Interior Design studies have greatly broadened by thinking and embrace many styles - both historic and modern.
My next project: Large 18th century home - big challenge for me!!
About me: Worked in Banking/Finance for many years, now with family almost reared I took the plunge to leave and work for myself. I have always had a passion for interior design and my creativity extends to fashion and food also!!
When working on a space it is important for me to firstly know the person and what they enjoy in life. People are reflected in their home! All the elements will fall into place after.
Now a student of Interior Design (with plenty of assignments to complete!!), I have four projects completed...one a labour of love!! My emphasis on any space is to be considerate of what is already there and incorporate it as much as is practical into a refreshed space - eg, existing fireplace, re-upholster furniture, but not at the expense of Quality and Efficiency!!
