1 Bed 1.5 Bath Conversion to 2 Bed 2 Bath

This is a full-size bedroom project we worked on recently. We found that most of the walls in this apartment had plenty of wasted spaces and was in urgent need of treatment and a full renovation, hence we turned the master bedroom into a 1 1/2-bedroom suit.

We had to move the kitchen from its existing position (front side) which had a distorted ceiling window. Its new position new (front entrance area) gave us a 180-degree view.

We also created fostered ceiling tiles to support the already existing ceiling design and fire sprinklers in their existed locations. We also added drywall ceiling, replacing the existing material which was very outdated.

We enlarge the master bathroom and move the shower to the tub location while moving the tub altogether to the location of the existing shower. Thereby creating more space in the kitchen living room area, as well as a bar/sink area. We also enlarge the shower in the guest bathroom. See our before and after pictures and you'll be amazed at the amount of spaces recanted from this remodelling project.
