This project was a complete gut and redo of a 6th floor penthouse. The project offered plenty of logistical challenges as it was on the 6th floor with no service elevator. Also opening up the floor plan on the main level required relocating major mechanical structures. At the end the unit looks fantastic and this building has one of the best views of downtown Annapolis that I have seen.
