A 1910 farmhouse fix up in the heart of Grand Rapid's Heritage Hill district. Several elements of the house remain intact including the 12" tall baseboard trim, window casing and detailed entry columns. The original claw-foot tub and tile flooring are gorgeous vintage elements in the main bathroom of the house. The kitchen was completely remodeled, creating a mix of vintage and modern. My favorite part of the project are the rustic pine hardwood floors that were stripped down to their natural state, complete with gaps!
