This fun and iconic cinder block fourplex was a completely dilapidated building, built in 1902. A client of mine had purchased it wondering how to turn this building into an eye-catching AirBNB. I walked through and noted all the incredible art deco details, such as wall niches, and the lath walls, the adorable and scalable size made it perfect for mid century modern, while paying homage to the buildings historic charm!
