This is a back view of the house looking up at the second story living room and walk out deck that is being built. There will be a rain catching system to keep water off of the lower porch as well.

Another front view of the house showing some progress. Full vapor barrier is up and the lower roof has been completed.

We opted for the highest grade of clear heart cedar for this application. The far right side of the house and rear will also feature it. We will most likely use a cedar tinted clear on the wood. The rest of the exterior will feature limestone and grey stucco (sherwin williams cityscape)
