This was a full renovation and expansion of a 1920's carriage house to convert it to a 2-bedroom apartment with its own garage bay as well as a separate 2-car garage. Careful attention was paid to staying true to the structure's original character with a modern twist as well as the design aesthetics of the main home while infusing the interior with natural light and space-efficient details.
