Originally built for newspaper manufacturing, the space has a curvy ceiling that was designed for acoustic purposes. The beautiful ceiling inspired my design, and the wave-like, recurring motif creates a sense of movement that is reflected throughout the newly renovated residence.

This grand Chelsea office space has been converted into a luxurious urban residence with a spacious layout that now includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a central air system.
