the last time this house was painted was when it was completely resided 30 years ago!

this house came out nice, but the homeowner wanted to save money and use his Bargain Marden's stain for the siding even after advised not to, and 2 years later, its peeling badly. The moral of the story is listen to your painter. He's trying to get you to use good product for a reason.
