Rear addition. The scope of work included a renovated Kitchen, enlarging the Master Suite, adding a Secondary Entry, Library and a Family Room to a house that had many small additions and infill work done over it’s 134-year history. The project also incorporated sustainable design features including a geothermal heat pump mechanical system.
