This 1890 Victorian suffered from deferred maintenance and tired finishes when our clients purchased it. Plath & Company went to work restoring the common spaces, with an addition to enlarge the kitchen and create a master suite with a deck on the back of the house. The driveway was reconfigured to allow for better access to the large garage.
