Sophisticated design elements of natural stone tile, Basaltino countertops in the kitchens together with Sapelle and Washed Walnut wood cabinetry are rich and modern. ​
Large scale porcelain tiles in bathroom floors reflecting shimmery brassy gold accent wall tiles and muted stone mosaics. ​
​Quarter sawn oak floors throughout with poured & polished concrete floors in the lower entertainment space. ​
​The modern and classic past designs are reflected in the living room's large fireplaces with ModularArts design structured forms, give a nudge to Frank Lloyd Wright.​
​Exposed iron beams and glass railings in the staircases were crafted to admit natural light throughout.​
Entertainment space has wall IPE Wood Slat Paneling​
