TOOK OUT 8 1/2 FOOT CEILING AND VAULTED IT 20 FEET TO THE ORIGINAL BRICK CHIMNEY, CUSTOM CABINETS, SUBWAY TITLE BACKSPALSH, BOSCH APPLIANCES, CYPRESS WINDOW TRIM WAS USED AS SHELVES BY THE SINK, ROLL OUT WINDOWS OVER THE SINK ALLOWS FOR EASY ACCESS TO OUTDOOR BAR

back porch was added to this Heights area bungalow-- RICCAS had limited historic wrought iron in this design so I cut out the inserts and had my wrought iron guy insert it into a larger railing-- antique doors exit the master bedroom onto the New Orleans inspired patio
