The front facade and sides were left intact but home owners wanted some modern style. In helping with structure and design the addition of steel beams and a screened porch were added. This colonial home is settled right in the
heart of the Belmont neighborhood; walking distance between Belmont University and Hillsboro shopping area. Designing the interior space accomplished a good flow for entertaining both family and friends.
