2007 - Craig St. - Central kitchen

We converted the original kitchen into a mudroom and powder room space, remodel and expand existing dining room space into updated kitchen, and swapped formal living room for a dining room.

Before

Very dated Kitchen space planned repurpose new mudroom & powder room

Old Fashion Kitchen

This former diningroom space was converted and expanded into a kitchen space, with modern features and conveniences.

Relocated kitchen

The kitchen is now the heart of the home between the living room and former living room converted to an updated dining room.

Existing family room connects easily to the kitchen.

Family room to Kitchen

The large window previously in the dining room brings a lot of light into the space. A cork floor inlay in the work area is softer on the feet and looks like a runner.

Floor & window feature

The door is now located where the original window over the kitchen sink was. We stole space from the overly large family room for a small powder room, and claimed some of the previous kitchen space to add to the new kitchen area.
