We love when a past client purchases a new home that needs renovating! Our clients wanted to take this 1920’s home and make it their own by updating the kitchen and first floor. During demolition, we uncovered some surprises that could not be altered or removed. The first design was great but our re-design is even better! The beam was structural, walls couldn't be opened up due to hidden pipes, a staircase landing hidden in the soffit and multiple different ceiling heights really made this kitchen a design challenge but LOVE how it turned out.
