205 Collinstown, Custom Home Build

205 Collinstown was a new construction home that I helped the contractor create, decorate and design. I helped choose the floor-plan and all of the exterior and interior colors, amenities and layouts. This was a fun project and a great home when it was completed.

205 Collinstown was a new construction home that I helped the contractor create, decorate and design. For the exterior we chose neutral and inviting browns. We used a mix of stucco, brick and vinyl for good contrasts. The porch is open and inviting.

For the Family room I chose a warm wall color and the contractor put in an upgraded trim package which really makes the room pop. We went with dark flooring as a nice contrast to the light walls.

For the kitchen I chose a modern green wall color. For the cabinets I used a rich dark wood to match my flooring in family room and then I contrasted them with light granite counter-tops. The custom backs-plash is added touch that really brings this galley kitchen to life. Stainless steel...

The master bathroom also has the contemporary green wall color. The sinks again are granite and we added oil rubbed bronze fixtures and a custom framed mirror to really make this room special.

Again in making the master bathroom special the contractor worked with a custom tile contractor to design a back-splash for the tub surround and we added oil rubbed bronze fixtures to the master tub.
