This full gut and renovation was done to the home of the owners of SMPL Design Studio. It was a 2.5 year project, ending with an addition for a new home office.

Armed with a $100,000 budget, the clients set forth in completely updating the entire 2,300 square foot home including 2 gas fireplaces, 2 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, and new layout to maximize flow in the home

Stage 2 involved a 70,000$ addition to the home for a new master bedroom, bathroom and company office.
