For this historic Georgetown residence, the owners sought a new space where their growing family could come together and easily enjoy their garden. Our design focused on creating a seamless transition between the interior gathering space and the outdoors, all while adhering strictly to historic preservation guidelines. The resulting addition features large windows with transoms and French doors, that flood the room with natural light and offer direct access to the garden. This harmonious blend of historic integrity and modern family living provides a cherished space for connection and enjoyment.
