24" Retaining Wall w/ Drainage System

Build a retaining wall in order to give a more level lawn surface for artificial lawn installation.

Existing grass had already been removed at this point the lawn area was sloped from back walkway even with driveway higher in back and angling down to connection box which the cables main signal feed splits off to the home.

Missed photos of front portion of footing/ footer after the pour though I can assure you it came out beautifully, an excellent base for our wall to sit on! You can see exposed footing on the left side still on this photo.

Front wall height reached now building up the side and back brick levels.

Here you see the area which will later be backfilled with drainage aggregate, large rock railroad gravel.*blocking board was removed just prior to gravel fill.

Finished wall build and irrigation system rebuilt and placed, next to add drainage aggregate and backfill soil.

Wall complete and base soil is compacted to lay decomposed granite and then silica sand topping in order to lay in artificial lawn... and yes it was per customers request that irrigation be build for the artificial lawn maintenance.

Finished product w/white marble chips. Homeowner desired to install artificial lawn themselves. Lee's Home Services was hired to build wall and and bring project surface right up to the very point where lawn is to be laid, which is what we did here.
