The original home featured two bedrooms and 1 bathroom in just under 1,000 square feet. It had a very closed off feeling and was dark. The kitchen was tiny and the house was in terrible shape.

The home was gutted and re-configured to accommodate three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen, separate living room and a laundry room. A total of less than 100 square feet were added.
