This project started as a major renovation but due to local bylaws we were unable to save 50% of the exterior walls and the project became a new build on existing foundations. I am pleased to say that the work that was carried out by David Chalmers of Dand Construction and Consulting Ltd. was superb and this is an exceptional home that was completed in the fall of 2018
