This Willow Creek home is used as an AirBnB with consistently high occupancy. The owner wanted to make major renovations to three bathrooms in the home, with minimal disruption to room availability.

We were able to start the demolition on a Sunday immediately following the last guest check out. Demolition included removing all fixtures and taking all three bathrooms down to the subfloor and wall studs.

The next day we began the rebuild of the three bathrooms. Work included installing radiant floor heating systems in all three bathrooms. Work also included tiling all three bathroom floors and shower/bath walls. We also built and tiled a new shower pan with a bench seat in the master bathroom. We repaired and replaced drywall, taped and textured, and painted all three bathrooms. We installed a new vanity, vanity lighting, ceiling fan/light, shelves, toilets and glass shower enclosure.

All work was completed and ready for guest occupancy in two weeks from the start of the project.
