This project was a contemporary ranch style house on the 17th Hole of Mesa Verde Country Club in Costa Mesa. We added a large exterior room off the back of the house off of the living room to create a flowing single level feel. We removed two back to back fireplaces and walls that separated the living room and dining to create an open concept area. Then raised the ceilings from 8' to 10' in the living room and exterior room and installed matching T&G ceilings throughout. The exterior living room we equipped with a see-through fireplace that leads to either a putting green, or barbecue area. All landscape and hardscape was custom, including the barbecue area, putting green, entryway, gates and exterior woodwork, and concrete flatwork.
