3354 - Mission Flat, San Francisco
Full flat remodel in a contemporary and modern design in San Francisco Victorian.
Located in the heart of the bustling Mission district in San Francisco, next to Bart public transportation, this Edwardian 3 story flat has been owned for many years by same family. In 2011 the building caught on fire and was damaged on the interior by water and fire. There was no roof left.
We started all interiors “fresh”, added amenities, modern interiors, acoustic separation, elevator, underground garage and added green spaces. They were very open minded clients who wanted to do everything right. Open with design ideas and finishes. We ended up with nice, warm, modern interiors for each unit, ready for TIC ( tenants in common) type of Units.
Durable materials were selected among the flat. Two types of heating systems were installed, charging stations for hybrid cars at garage, quality hardware, great lighting with personality.
This project took approximately 18 months to complete.
