Designed and developed by DDG, this 37 unit condominium building located in the Meatpacking District makes its mark int he neighborhood thanks to its hand-laid, imported brick facade, bronze windows from Italy, and finely-crafted details.
DDG, known for its modern and Avant-Garde vision, kept everyone interested in 345 thanks to the netting designed by famous Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, and the dedication of half its ground floor to a temporary exhibition of never before seen portraits of Andy Warhol photographed by Steve Wood.
