380 square foot rental on the 34th floor of one of the few high-rise building in Brooklyn Heights. It had an incredible view facing south, which expanded upon the felt space of the apartment.

The concept for the apartment was anti-minimalist. We wanted to create a type of luxurious "jewel-box" full of surprises, unconfined by the actual square footage.

I decorated it with lighting and accessories that the client had purchased for a previous home, which dramatically reduced the project's budget.
