Catskill Farms created an affordable Country Escape with our Mini and Micro Cottage Series. The Micros are priced in the low 200's and feature 700-800 sf. The Mini Cottages are priced in the upper 200's and have around 1000 sf of floor space, not including the basement. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a big open floor plan, wood stoves/fireplaces, wide plank floors, and covered porches are standard.
