A Classic Transitional Residence
In moving into her new unit, our client asked us to help redecorate by incorporating some of her existing furniture, and artwork, as well as adding in new design elements to complete each space. She has a dog, and a cat, which were carefully considered in our selection of materials from fabric, to furniture, to hard surfaces - we made sure all was durable and if at all possible, offered stain and soil resistant properties. The major focuses were the Great Room and Library/Den.
All paint colors were selected per room, and artwork carefully chosen as she has been collecting pieces for the past 15 years.
Storage was an important design element to consider as well if we were to keep an open floor plan as requested. We utilized the wall space as much as possible to provide custom built in pieces with aesthetic and function.
