These homeowners had purchased a recently renovated home which really wasn’t their jam. Rather than remodel the whole kitchen, they had purchased a new fancy range hood and had called us to install it and a tile backsplash. Once Marty assessed the situation, not only did she have the perfect tile, but she made some suggestions that would really improve the kitchen style and the functionality!
The storage solutions that were installed previously were not exactly sturdy or quality, so we replaced the trash pull-out and both not-so-practical pull-outs on either side of the stove with our very popular knife and utensil pullouts and added our ever-popular hinge out spice rack. Now that we had chosen a cool tile in a modern vertical pattern, there needed to be task lighting installed under and above the cabinets. Something as simple as hardware changed the look and feel as well!
Not only did Andy find and fix major problems left by the previous contractor, they decided to add more task lighting and hardware to the living room, more task lighting in the in-law suite kitchen, but they are having us come back and tackle the walk-in shower in the master bathroom to take out all the tile and install tempered glass walls so they can finally enjoy THAT space, too!
