The existing 1970's era neo-colonial was expanded to the left with a bedroom addition placed above the garage. A reverse gable was added to keep the house centered and the focus on the front door. The reverse gable contains an oval window to visually anchor the area.

The existing 1970's era neo-colonial's kitchen area was expanded with a 5' x 26' cantilevered addition. This addition, with a new steel beam to support the 2nd floor buried above the ceiling line, was cantilevered so there's no foundation. This allowed us to save the tree directly outside.
