This renovation was prompted by the homeowners desire to resolve various longstanding design issues. It was a successful collaboration between Interior Designer, and Principle, Peggy King of PMK Interiors and Pedro Paulete of New Paradigm Builders. The ultimate remodeling goal of this project was to provide the owners with a more open and transitional floor plan, one with a natural flow from the home's glass front doors through to a view of the backyard. The remodel was approached, but only with the knowledge issues would be addressed and resolved. The home remodel would be a "Problem Solver." The home's finishes and appliances were going on 20 years. It was time for a remodel!

This home now has a great flow for intimate living and full blown entertaining. It enables family and guests to gather in and around or spread out and enjoy the various areas of this engaging home.
