This remodel presented a unique challenge as we completely reimagined the kitchen layout. By converting the existing sunroom and formal dining room into the new kitchen space, we were able to create a spacious, open-concept design. To ensure comfort and efficiency, we properly insulated the former sunroom and reworked the home’s HVAC system.

The result is a beautifully integrated living and kitchen area, featuring an oversized island that comfortably seats six—perfect for hosting family and friends. The island includes a built-in wine fridge and a sleek microwave drawer for added convenience. The design blends warm butterscotch wood on the island and range areas with crisp white cabinetry for a striking contrast.
To enhance flow and cohesion, we installed new LVP flooring throughout the entire first floor. Now, this thoughtfully designed kitchen is a chef’s dream—both functional and inviting.
