A Transformed Garage

This homeowners garage did not allow the space to park two cars and was very disorganized. Using solutions from the Container Store and his existing bins we designed and installed a new system and organized the garage for him.
Using Inter-metro on wheels and elfa utility solutions, we created rolling shelves so that he could access attic space and underground storage and made smarter uses of the walls. He even got a mini workbench that he didn't have before.

After - The refridgerator had to remain in this spot so we designed usuful storage solutions to help further organize this garage. The lower section sits flat against the wall which allows for easy access into the refridgerator.

After - The left side wall is open to allow easy access in and out of the car. Holiday decorations were consolidated on this wall but up high since it is only used once a year.

Before - Plastic shelving was deep which made for a tight walk way getting in and out of the car.

After - The front section uses an elfa wall mount basket system to help organize the car cleaning and bug spray products. The Inter-metro cart in front of the ice chest is on wheels so it can be moved to reveal the under ground storage that was previously inaccessible.

Before - Under the shelving is under ground storage but is was not usable; who wants to remove all of the stuff to get to it? This spot was also the dumping area for all unrelated items needing to be stored outside.
