As a firm, we are now evolving towards smaller, single level Courtyard Homes. Our design cues originate from LA’s Case Study Houses and basic MCM principles. This Coastal residence has clean geometry that sits in stark contrast to the curved outdoor area. Inside, simple yet thoughtful materials like concrete, wood and glass was used with a unique floor plan consisting of three pavilions joined in a U shape. Designed by Lloyd Russell, AIA.
