Contemporary living area with a step down separating rooms. Open ceiling showing joists which give it an open feeling.

non-traditional kitchen, just steps away from living area. The two rooms flow really well because the kitchen almost has the atmosphere of a living area.

a very modern looking intricate bookcase/fireplace/television shelf. It has metal edges and it is both painted and stained. The pillars of the shelf are tapered to add another dimension to this unique built in.

This staircase with a landing area is very appealing. The handrail and newel posts are stained and the cast iron metal spindles are painted black. The newel posts have added metal pieces at each corner and decorative silver screws that add another dimension to them.

The spiral staircase is obviously the focal point of this room. It lead to a private mezzanine living area upstairs. A formal dining area under the mezzanine and in the foreground is a large living area.

Contemporary living area with a kitchen that flows right into the living space. The only separation is a wire handrail and a couple steps down that make the living area feel separate but still very much a part of the rest of the open area.
